Observation notes: This guy is about 4 to 5 inches long. We live in the tropics with many trees and flowers in our garden: avocado,mamon,mango trees;banana plants, hibiscus,gardenias,herbs to name a few. It is the rainy season and has been very wet. The caterpillar showed up in our house after having many trees in the gardens topped.
