Observation notes: Saw perhaps 3 or 4 of these along this road. This may be the same butterfly as the one photographed in ventral view a few minutes earlier. Struck me as being considerably smaller than E. anicia which I've seen many of. Deserted gravel logging road through Spruce, Subalpine Fir and Lodgepole Pine forest.
