Observation date: April 27, 2024
Submitted by: Zencoyote
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Seen fluttering around the edge of the trail in open chaparral. The trail is finally dry after spring rain puddles dried up. The Ringlet fluttered around weakly, but rarely landed, acting much like a very small dirty Cabbage White. Not a powerful flyer. Appeared to land on its side. Thus the one view shot. Weather was warm and clear. Slightly breezy.
