Observation notes: Several of these "Blues" were flying over a grassy lawn in downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. Some landed on the sidewalk. Weather was sunny & warm, with intermittent thunder showers. On the nearby Link River Trail, there were many "Blues" flying along the wide, gravel pathway.
