Observation notes: The moth was on the wall of our house near the front door. The area is surrounded by a covered porch. The moth was known to be there from 10:48 am until after the photograph at 6:42 pm. There was no known movement. Today was the day of the solar eclipse, and we had a high of 89 degrees farenheight.
