Coordinator notes: The photo wasn't great, and didn't reveal any key markings that would confirm a Canadian, such as orange coloration in the corner HW spots as well as along the marginal band. Additionally, records of Canadian Tiger Swallowtail are all east of the mountains. On the island, it's pretty much Westerns.
