Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: In looking through my book the lighter patch on the upper forewings and all of the light spotting on the lower wings made me think it could be Wild Indigo. Also maybe not as reddish-brown as the female Horace's? Am thinking Zarucco can be ruled out as the picture in my book doesn't show underwings like this one.

Coordinator notes: The Wild Indigo siting you submitted on 8/17 - nearly identical. The light patch on forewing is very helping to eliminate, especially that the light patch is located up higher than similar duskywing species with a light forewing patch. Your first intuition was correct. Thanks for your patience, I'm working to ident one of your skippers that's confusing me a bit. Thank you! JAMES STEEN
