Observation notes: This moth was laying on the ground. It's back wing was a little curved under. The moth was shuttering its body and rubbing its face. It had rubbed one of its antennae off. It was fairly windy out but the moth was under a portal, not directly exposed. Then it started to flap it's wings and tumble off into the road.
