Observation notes: Extremely small, less than 1/8 inch total length. Pure white, tube-shaped, tail tufts upward and the tail has a few brown and black scales. The head ead has a little white pouf that doesn't show up on the photograph exceptionally well. Check out Photo#998413 on bugguide.net, it looks most like that
