Date notes: Very butterfly busy front native plant garden. The Throughwort drawing the most species. The Crimson Patch was a new species for the ranch - bring the total to 91 species. Several from 2016 still need to be submitted.

Observation notes: My wife and I found this bug feeding on the Throughwort along with about 10 other species of butterflies and moths. Recent heat wave has re-energized our bugs.
