Observation notes: We observed dozens of Purslane Moth larvae on and along a walking path in Eldorado's Gallina Park Greenbelt. Some were eating purslane plants that have recently sprouted in abundance here. There were several instars of various sizes. Only one adult moth was noted. The photo of the adult was taken by Christyna M. Laubach.
