Observation date: April 14, 2020
Submitted by: wildman
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Although terminal line/fringe markings are reminiscent of the pale form of Acrolophus popeanella, there are 3 characters that indicate that this is A. mycetophagus. These are the large white tufts close to the head (on central legs?), the dark markings in the FW median and the size ~9mm (see second image). Only White Clover is present and Bracket Fungi are nearby.
