Observation notes: Very gold in color giving the appearance of actual gold leaf. Size, just over one inch length. Has been clinging to brick outside my garage with no movement in three days. The wall is north facing and is brightly illuminated at night by security lights, one within 3 feet of the moth. Weather warm, mixed rain and shine. Site location is semi-rural with wooded property nearby, otherwise residential.
