Observation notes: This was spotted on the side of a house flapping slowly on a sunny day in the shade. I took a few pictures and a video. Some searching makes me think it is the Hyalophora euryalus Boisduval, but that is only supposed to be in the Pacific NW? This was in Thiensville, WI, outside of Milwaukee.
