Observation notes: Submitted originally as Sheep Skipper (?), got no response after more than a year, resubmitted as White-barred and response came quickly as not White-barred but possibly Sheep. Just looking for id help.

Coordinator notes: The HW fringe appears checked, which rules out White-barred. I lightened this photo and the gray ground, and HW spots match up well for Sheep Skipper.
