Coordinator notes: Acleris pulverosana . Moth was formerly listed as Acleris hastiana. See record 1211428 on BAMONA. Hint on using iNat. Since you were sure the moth was an Acleris, use Explore to look for all observations of Acleris in the US (probably should add Canada, too) and limit the search to Species rather than Observations. I just started using this method yesterday to find the ID for another moth posted on this site and found that it was really helpful. I usually then go and try to find examples on BG and MPG to verify.
