Observation notes: FW length 8 mm. Flushed and netted from an abandoned pasture across the road from my house now overrun with dozens of different weeds. Moths have been very sparse so far this spring. Insects in general are sparse. I think the extreme heat and drought last summer/fall have taken a toll.
