Coordinator notes: Like the other one I approved for here, it is not an exact match, but the closest and better than to Greta andromica or Pseudoscada timna which are the other two with white fuzzy spots on the clear portion of wings. Tough call! --- Later it was marked misidentified and I agreed with the suggestion of Oleria vicina, mainly because of the distinct little white spot near the apex of FW.
