Identification: Color is variable, dark gray or brown to pale tan or whitish, typically rather uniform, not mottled, orbicular and renal spots usually distinct.

Wing Span: 2.0-2.4 cm

Caterpillar Hosts: Bluebells and other borages, stickseed, and houndstongue.
