Observation notes: These species are all new to me so asking for your help again. Early am several skippers were present.

Coordinator notes: It's with some hesitation that I approve this. I think P. verna is likely, but there aren't good sighting records of this sp. in or near Starr County, so it's a little out of its typical area. And this photo is slightly blurry so there are some details I can't see. I won't be surprised if a better-informed coordinator corrects me on this.
