Observation notes: Partly cloudy, slight breeze, temp in mid 70s F. I've been sitting on this one awhile, hoping to see another and get better photographs, but no luck. Lighter than the Chryxus Arctics I've seen and the PM line on the HW is very jagged as shown in Glassberg. FW not very visible, so no eye spot to help ID. I'm thinking this is Ridings'.
