Observation notes: With these blurry pictures, I'm a bit uncertain. I'm guessing Phaon largely because of the range and the dark patterns on the ventral hind wing. Other options for the area that closely resemble the photos (Pearl Crescent, Gorgone Checkerspot), don't seem to match the dorsal patterning as well as Phaon.
