Observation notes: This Skipper (of which there were several) was one of many butterfly species swarming a small clump of Narrowleaf Milkweed plants growing on a rocky bluff above Gerber Reservoir, at the edge of Gerber South Campground (elevation 4,844 feet). Weather was breezy, warm, and sunny.
