Observation notes: I agonized a bit over this ID. Though the forewing "black cell-end bar" is rather delicate, and black veining is faint, those two key features are present. Fringes are a pale orange, and the underside is unmarked. The time of year is right, and I see that you've confirmed one recorded sighting near Sierra Grande.
