Observation notes: Spotted several individuals in a section of Buckwheat mixed with other coastal chaparral seasonal vegetation. One individual provided great views of the ventral wing surface, and I thought it worth recording. Unseasonably cool weather alongside coastal estuary, partly cloudy, with a steady breeze.
