Observation notes: On celosia bloom, 15 miles south of Abbeville, Louisiana on Live Oak Plantation in our pollinator garden. I was able to get quite close for at least 2 minutes before flying away. Other plants nearby include: orange and yellow marigolds, purple coneflower, whorled milkweed, swamp milkweed, aquatic milkweed, purple milkweed
