Identification: Forewing is even yellow-brown, with reniform spots outlined in brown. Fine brown lines through forewing, medial band slightly darker than other bands/lines.
Wing Span: 3.0 - 3.5 cm
Life History:
Flight: Adults are nocturnal, fly from August to mid-October
Caterpillar Hosts: Many broadleaf deciduous trees including aspen, willow and maples
