Coordinator notes: Though in a garden, this is 99.9% an escape from the Butterfly House at the N.C. Museum of Life and Science in Durham. It cannot be considered as a legitimate record, and thus should NOT be included in the BAMONA database. This is basically a Mexican species, essentially found in the US only very rarely in the Rio Grande of Texas.
