Observation notes: Yellow/orange main body color with black and white spots. Sparse white hairs. Some have web like stiff around them or hangs from web when disturbed. Hundreds of catipillers only on my lemon scented broom bush plants. Vegetable garden and many other plants and trees CA sunny and hot weather last 3 weeks
