Observation notes: Observed along a woodland creek in a southeastern deciduous forest. Switch cane (host plant) is abundant in the area. Sunny day with temp in the upper 70's. Species confirmed by Cliff Ivy on BugGuide. Bulge in the forewing postmedian line is very distinctive and eyespots are isolated, which points to Creole.
