Observation notes: I found this on my hat. I had been working under a Mesquite (Prosopis sp.) tree and suspect it got onto my hat while brushing under the branches. However, there is Ash (Fraxinus sp.), AZ Walnut (Juglans sp.), Netleaf Hackberry, Cottonwood, desert willows (Chelopsis sp.), desert brooms (Baccharis sp.), Acacia sp., that this could have come from. I strongly suspect the mesquite though as I wasn't working under low hanging branches of the other species.
