Observation notes: I found this moth in deep grass. I was able to obtain only one photo before it flew away and burrowed into the grass and I was unable to relocate it. There was a flash of pink as it flew which led me to the suggested ID: Pink-legged Tiger Moth (Spilosoma latipennis).
