Observation notes: Warm day on butterfly bush getting nectar mostly clear sky light wind we see this one in the yard in the summer mostly on nectar plants or sunning! Guess you can get a lot of species just by providing nectar. What ever is close by may stop in? There is salt grass on the cliffs along the beach and some on the edge of the beach here and there. You know when you step on it. sharp points on the ends of the blades of grass. other species at this location today, umber, Eifala, monarch male and female, anise male and female, giant swallowtail male and female, gray hs. Fiery skipper male and female. mourning cloak male and female, Cloudless and large orange sulphur, Marine blue, Gulf f. cabbage white,
