Observation notes: Initially spotted alighting on fallen ash leaves on the lawn in the back yard; immediately noticed the tail and bright orange wing color above. Photographed nectaring on Lantana in one of the pots on the back deck. Temperatures have been unseasonably warm (80s) for the past couple of days.
