Observation notes: Found this North American horned moth clinging to our deck during a wind storm. I gave it shelter in a nearby potting shed bucket, hoping it would be safe from predators. This is the largest moth I've ever seen... might be carrying eggs?

Coordinator notes: Your identification is close, but this actually Glover's Silkmoth a similar species in the same genus. Also, yes, this individual is a female, so it is carrying eggs.
