Coordinator notes: Arogos Skipper is a rarity or stray in East. There are at least 2 resident options that are very similar, Delaware Skipper and Least Skipper. Least Skipper is smaller but scale is difficult to tell on this photo. The wing shape and FW color of the most visible individual here looks most like Least Skipper. Would need more photographic or other evidence to confirm Arogos.
