Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: We are not sure what type of red underwing this moth is, we are thinking either Catocala neogama (We think there have been sightings of this kind in NM) or Catocala unijuga. The underwing is reddish and the forewings are grey with black zigzag lines going across. Weather sunny, hot, maybe windy. We are wondering how common this moth is in NM?
