Observation notes: Numerous observed feeding on yellow flowering sulphur flower and groundsel and found in a juniper/sagebrush habitat.

Coordinator notes: If this is in juniper habitat east of the Sierra then this would be brown subspecies chalcosiva of the Juniper Hairstreak-Ken Davenport. Nelson's Hairstreak feeds on Incense Cedar and is believed to be a separate species by many.
