Observation notes: I believe this is a White-headed Grape Leafroller - Desmia maculalis. It is a male as it has a distinct joint midway on each antenna, hindwing spot is not "pinched", and the wingspan is about 22 or 23 mm wide. The white "patch" on the abdomen is clearly broken with about half of segments 3 and 4 dark.
