Observation notes: Approximately 50 on my 3 milkweed plants. The ate all the leaves . Poor example on the photo. Just found the sight and this the only catapillar I could find today August 27 2017. It was almost dead. Wish I had taken pictures sooner. Very pretty catapillar. Have not seen any cocoons. Had approximately 50 catapillar on my 3 milkweed plants. They ate all the leaves on the milkweed. Most stayed on the plants but some roamed around the area. P
