Coordinator notes: Difficult call for me on this one. The instars of P. polyxenes and P. brevicauda are really difficult to tell apart. Both sp. feed on dill, for example (and other plants).But although I really wanted this to be brevicauda I'm going with P. polyxenes because the location of this sighting is a little too far west, and being inland maybe too far south as well, for P. brevicauda.
