Observation notes: I am a moth enthusiast who lives in England. My sister, who lives in Farmington New Mexico, sent me a photo of what I think is the Crambid moth Diastictis robustior It was taken in the hallway of her house. I thought it worth sending to you for your opinion.

Coordinator notes: Sorry for the delay; I was just assigned these New Mexico moths. I agree that this is Diastictis, but much more likely to be D. fracturalis, which is common in NM and surrounding states, than D. robustior, which probably occurs in New Mexico but is very uncommon and, so far as I can determine, not known to occur in NM.
