Observation notes: Sunny, light breeze, low humidity, 80 degrees. The moth fluttered past my leg and landed on a grass stem at the edge of the mowed cemetery area. Nearby were oak, maple, beech, cedar, virginia pine, redbud, sassafras, greenbrier, goldenrod, queen anne's lace; in the immediate area not much underbrush except at the fence-line.
