Coordinator notes: This sp. isn't necessarily common in New Mexico but there are historical sightings in New Mexico recorded in both BG and MPG, and the sp. is found frequently in CO and other points west. It's tempting to think this is Hypercombe scribonia, but that sp. really isn't found west of Texas, and this fits the field marks better. And the hint of spots on the side doesn't seem consistent with Apantesis figurata. JRains
