Observation notes: These caterpillars were feeding on deerberry, Vaccinium stamineum, at the Elk Ridge Native Plant Preserve in Garrett County, MD. They best match an image of Drexel's Datana caterpillars from Fayette County, PA on the BAMONA site. Hoping you can verify this ID.
