Coordinator notes: Yes, that is a very, very worn male of the Grizzled Checkered Skipper. 2017 was the "on" year for this skipper. It occurs in the high altitude only in odd number years. The exception is on Grand Mesa in Mesa County where it occurs in even years (but I do not know if it is there also in odd years......I'm going to have to maybe check that out in 2019 !). Mike
