Observation notes: Observed flying around streetlight about 15 feet high, several seconds, then drop to ground 1 second, then circle back up to light. Repeat. Light rain before sunrise, humid, about 250 feet from coast/water’s edge (Pacific Ocean), approximately 500 feet from riparian area (San Pedro Creek), City of Pacifica, California.
