Observation notes: This moth was flushed from a bush beside a mall. There is a park a few yards away, with a creek running through it.

Coordinator notes: ID determined partly be range described on MPG. In the Ozark ecoregion, P. fulicalis is replaced by this regional representative. It is overall a little darker than fulicalis but otherwise very similar.
