Cicinnus melsheimeri Harris, 1841 was resting on a pampas grass after a foggy misty rainy morning. The grass was still moist when I spotted it. The day was cool, and windy.

Observation notes: Moth was 'upside down' in a bat like pose when I spotted it. Rainy conditions earlier, the grass I found it on was still moist. It was not there the following morning.
