Observation notes: Found and tentatively identified by Brad Moon. Although this location is at the edge of the range of Dusky-blue Groundstreak, the thinness of the pm band and the orange cap on the black hindwing spot indicate this species.

Coordinator notes: I agree with the submitter, the characteristics are more C. isobeon than cecrops. Southeast TX and Southwest LA seem an intergrading area with sightings of both species.
